My God is right on time, and always provides for me!

In April of 2010 I had a financial obligation that was due on the 26th of the month.  I needed a total of $3,300.00, and as of the 21st of the month I had only $1,100.00.   As you can imagine, I was and had been praying for the Lord's help in meeting this need.

About 3 weeks earlier I had my taxes prepared and was expecting a $2,200.00 refund, but when I asked the man who prepared my taxes when I could expect to receive the refund he said it would be at least 3 months - long after I needed the money.  I decided to contact the IRS to see if there was anything that could be done to expedite the refund, and possibly the biggest miracle of this whole event was the fact that when I contacted the IRS, an actual person answered the phone, instead of a recording!  But, that isn't the best part of the "miracle"... the man who answered the phone just happened to be working on MY REFUND at that EXACT MOMENT!   Amazed, I explained my situation briefly and asked when I could expect the refund.  He said he would put it in the mail and I could expect to received it on the 26th!!  The exact day I needed it!   And that's exactly what happened.  I received the refund on the 26th and was able to meet my financial obligation right on time!  Praise Jesus!

Then, in 2014 I had another financial need.  This one was only for $40.00, but I wasn't working at the time and just didn't have the $40.00.  After praying and asking the Lord to meet this need, I went to the Post Office to check my mail the same day and found a completely unexpected refund check from flood insurance I had paid back in 2008!   The check was for exactly $40.00! This was six years before and it was in my mailbox that very day, just so I would see my God is right on time and always provides for me!

Again, just recently I had a $100.00 need and asked God again for the $100.00.  Within a few days I received an unexpected check for exactly $100.00 from someone in another state!

No matter how great or small the need, and no matter when it is needed, I am a testimony that He is always right on time and He always provides!

Thanks be to God, Who is calling death to life!

God began showing us that He is bringing dead things to life!   He revealed this one day in church as we were worshipping and sap began dropping out of a 60 year old decorative wooden sconce.   How could tree sap come from this 60 year old wood that isn't even connected to a root?   We believe God was giving an analogy of what He is doing with His church.   There is an awakening where He makes alive things that were once not!   The evidence of this was to come through some very timely events.

I was working as a paramedic in south Dallas and we received a call for a lady having a miscarriage.   Ironically, the ambulance happened to be in the same subdivision at the time of the call.   It took us a very short time to arrive at the house.

When we arrived, a 19 year old female was in the restroom, sitting on the toilet, cramping with pain.   With compassion, I asked her to lean forward expecting to find evidence of a miscarriage.   To my astonishment, there was a 2lb infant in the bottom of the toilet, still attached to the cord.   I quickly grabbed the infant, called for the birthing kit, cut the cord then checked for signs of life.   I saw and heard no signs of life.   This tiny infant was dead.

As I began to give my sympathy to the mother and tell her there was no heart rate and no criteria for resuscitation, suddenly I saw the infant make a small movement!   I called for my partner to get the bag and I began praying for the infant and performing CPR.   The baby began to breathe and became stable enough for transport to the hospital, where she stayed 3 months in the NICU.

Today she is a completely healthy 3 year old!!   Thanks be to God, Who is calling death to life!
